TRANSPARENCY

Where search evidence comes from.

Scouvrit distinguishes purchasable inventory from reference information and explains source coverage with each Scour.

Inventory sources

Connected marketplace services may return purchasable listings. Scouvrit normalises those records and links back to the originating service; it does not copy ownership of the inventory.

Reference catalogues

Reference databases may help identify a product, model, edition or format. Catalogue matches are not presented as live offers or evidence that an item is available to buy.

Honest coverage

Each completed Scour distinguishes sources searched, zero inventory, unavailable, rate limited, disabled and irrelevant. Scouvrit does not claim a source was searched when it was not.

Attribution

Provider-specific attribution and independence wording is shown contextually where required. The public source roster may change while access and commercial approvals are under review.
