The service
Scouvrit provides marketplace discovery, comparison and decision-support tools. Features and connected sources may change as marketplace access and product development evolve.
Accounts and saved data
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Account creation records the version of these Terms that you accept. Cookie consent is requested separately and is not a condition of creating an account.
Listings, prices and scores
Marketplace information can be delayed, incomplete or changed by a seller. Scores are analytical estimates, not valuations, authenticity checks, financial advice or guarantees. Check the source listing before acting.
Purchases and third parties
Scouvrit does not currently sell listed items or process payments. A purchase is made with the relevant marketplace or seller and is governed by their terms, delivery, returns and dispute processes.
Marketplace independence
Scouvrit is independent from connected marketplaces unless a specific partnership is stated. Marketplace names, listing content and trade marks belong to their respective owners. Data and links may be provided under API, attribution or affiliate arrangements.
Scouvrit trade marks
Scouvrit™ and associated branding are trade marks of their respective owner. Nothing in these terms grants permission to copy or use the Scouvrit name, identity, interface or original content except where the law permits it.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access credentials, interfere with its operation, automate abusive request volumes or use results unlawfully. Do not submit private credentials through search or contact forms.
Beta services
During a beta, features may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable or changed without notice. Do not rely on beta output where an error could cause material loss.
Contact and legal completion
Questions can be sent to contact@scouvrit.com. Before unrestricted public launch, these terms require qualified UK legal review and completion with the operator’s legal identity, address, governing-law terms and applicable consumer provisions.
